Oscar was very supportive and helped me understand the issue as well as the process.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at Honda. We took my car in on Saturday 9/10 because the ac stop blowing cold air. It was late in the day and they said they couldn’t get to it that day which was fine we ended up leaving it there so they could take a look first thing in the morning. Monday comes around and we were informed the car wouldn’t be covered under warranty. First Oscar said my car was involved in an accident which I was never in an accident after that he come back with they ran the test and it shows my car was contaminated and wouldn’t be covered under warranty. I explained to Oscar that we have never taken the car to any place besides Honda freeway and the dealership in Westminster. So we confused how the system got contaminated. He then told my husband he would need to call the Westminster location and call us back. We never received a call back. Tuesday morning 9/13 still no call back my husband decides to call the dealer after being put on hold for 20 minutes a guy comes on the phone and tells us that Oscar is busy and that he still needed to call Westminster dealership to see if we did take it there. Frustrated with that answer since Oscar said he would call On Monday and give us a call back my husband ask the guy to speak to the manger since we felt like we kept getting the run around on our car. After waiting 35 minutes on the phone for a manager they came back on the phone to tell him they were busy and I could leave a vm. After leaving a vm we finally got a call back from Oscar minutes after the vm saying they were going to cover the repair through warranty. It shouldn’t be that hard and stressful to take your care to a dealership for repair. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the service we keep getting from this location. I feel like they were trying to scam us into paying $500 for the repair when it should have been covered with the warranty from the start.

I just don’t trust them I think this will be my last time I’m going there

Kenya was very nice and professional. She was very pleasant to talk to and I got my car much sooner than I expected. She made the whole process very easy.

They seemed really busy and almost bothered by having another drop in option. Other than that service looks to be done well. I’m used to the honda service centers washing my car - disappointing to see the two times i’ve brought my car here they never go the extra step of just washing the car. Other than that it’s basic service.
