The problem was reported 3 months ago, not fixed, paid to recharge the AC which didn't work. It took 3 people at check in to get someone to help me... they kept passing the buck saying the previous advisor should correct what he did wrong. I had to pay to recharge the system again even though the problem wasn't fixed the first time. Cashier wasn't really friendly. I'm used to better service at other dealers.
