I was not to happy with the communication, or shall I say lack there of. I never received a call that my car would be kept overnight. So when I called in around 5:15 to find out about the status of my car, it was very disappointing to find out that the service department had already closed. I did receive a text earlier in the day that if I had any questions to concerns to text back. I replied to the text about an hour later to see if they figured out the issue and I did not get a response back at that time either. So the next morning I gave it some time to see if I would get a call, I did not. I again had to call in to find out the information.
