It was a busy day at the dealer. Matthew arranged shuttle for me so I can be home doing things during the 3-4 hours of waiting. He also treated me with courtesy and professionalism.

Customer service is always horrible at freeway Honda I purchased mor 5 brand new vehicles here this is where I buy my cars and I get treated like c*** it **** just because I had one bad experience with the service department they will always wanna bring it up the representative by the name of Kenya she brought it up she said that I had a bad attitude the last time I was here I don't know where that even came from I told her I'm not having a bad attitude today I'm here for something totally different but she wanted me to know that it was noted that I had a bad attitude at 1 point on a total other visit Which is wrong.
