Jeff was rude and didn’t get me what I asked regarding my tiers rotation and during the checkout he didn’t provide any info regarding my new battery warranty. He made me stay for about 30 min to just getting my car key back without asking any other folks to bring my car. At the end other person asked me why I am waiting and got my papers and got my key to check out. I might not get freeway honda service next time.

You guys have a real asset there with Michael.!I’m not just saying this, but that guy builds actual relationships with people because he really wants to take care of his clients. This was a tough diagnosis and situation. But Michael has been there with me every step of the way. Lets face it. Service in this day and age **** overall.
