I had an appointment on a saturday at 7am when i got there, there was a line of cars out to the street. Your staff was directing the cars in line and there was staff taking i car information. Freeway Honda service department is so organized. Very impressive!

They were pleasant, but they did not make sure to check all areas and fully inspect. They lied by stating that they could not save my shield when they did not even see my metal shield to know if it was saves me or not, they did not check their lot for the part until I told them it was attached when parked in their lot. They went to just suggesting that I do the most expensive extensive repair before actually trying to repair what was going on first. So I’m not pleased with their inability to be thorough and the lack of communication and efforts on my vehicles best interest.
