I was told by the Honda dealer that my car needed a repair. I asked for an estimated price. I was given a price. I took my car to another repair shop to have them look at it and was told there was nothing wrong with my car and it did not need the repair indicated by the Honda dealer. I’m not sure what was going on but I would like to find out.

Erick was great! One of the best and friendliest there even when I havent gotten him for my previous services he is always looking happy. I wasn't completely satisfied because it’s upsetting how little time the batteries there last. I just made 4 years with my car & this is my third battery. It wasn’t a pleasant experience with my service advisor, Michael Miranda. When we first met, he didn’t show any interest in my case and wasn’t able to answer some basic questions I had. After that, I was sent away and told my car will be ready in about 1.5 hrs. However, I didn’t hear anything in the next two hrs. When I tried to cal him, he was not answering at all! I am to go back and check with Oscar whom I worked with the last time. Thanks to Oscar, I was able to get the status and then had my car handled quickly.
It’s hard to believe it took almost 3 hrs just yo patch a tire. What’s worse is there is no communications; let alone making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. My worst experience with Honda dealer and I hope it was just an outlier with one service advisor.

Friendly customer service. Joe was really nice and explained to me what was wrong with my car. I like it when they called me to let me know what was wrong with my car but my car was ready and the best part is that I didn’t have to pay anything out-of-pocket. Just one thing when I went to pick up my my car the cashier assume that I didn’t speak English so she started talking to me in Spanish even though I had a addressed her in English she started talking to me in Spanish even though she was talking to English to the customer before me.
