Amazing service! Saib was able to get my car in, diagnosed, and fixed within a day when I had been waiting almost 3 days for my usual Honda service center to even call me back after calling twice to try to get my car in. I got the call my car was ready to be picked up. I show up to pick up my car and i wait 15 minutes. No one once came up to me to try and help. I had to go inside and ask why it’s taking so long and I got no answer the receptionist gave me attitude. I came back outside to wait by the pick up area and finally one person came to me and asked me for my tag number but after he left I waited another 15 minutes. In total I waited 300 MINUTES for a car that is supposedly ready for pick up after six hours. If it was not ready then why did I receive a car to come to the dealership and pick it up??
