The quality of service was fine from each of the service agents who helped me. But the wait time was a disappointment for me. I came in for “low tire pressure”. I made an appointment, arrived on time maybe a few minutes earlier, waited 45 minutes to check in, was told it will probably be done within an hour. “We’ll get you in and outta here” he said nicely. After an hour and a half a different service agent called me on the phone to tell me they found a nail in my tire, it’s unrepairable, we’ll need to replace it, and it would be another 45 minutes before they finish. Seriously! By the end of the whole service it was 3 hours to change a tire for someone who had an appointment. I’m sorry, I apologize for losing my patience but good grief!
