My service advisor Samuel Tung was great! I just didn’t have a pleasant experience with the person who checks you in prior to being helped. I called the service department Monday morning and spoke to Veronica and she told me if it’s a Tire issue I can drive up for service but just let them know it’s for a tire issue. When I arrived at check in, I told the person at intake my situation and she told me because I don’t have an appointment I would have to be a drop off and that I can wait around for someone to call me on my phone. I asked her if that was my only option because I wanted to physically talk to a service advisor and that I didn’t mind waiting for someone to come out to talk to me, like what normally happens when you go in with an appointment. She also advised as another option to fill out the drop off form and then go inside and talk to anyone that was at their station. I asked if that was okay because I know they can get busy and I didn’t want to take away from someone else they are supposed to be helping. I know I was a walk in appointment so I thought I would wait until a service advisor was free and available to help me next. While I was finishing up filling out the form she gave me, Samuel actually came up to my car to help me. So I was both thankful and surprised because it did not follow what the intake person said.
Overall my experience has always been nothing short of outstanding service. My encounter yesterday was just not what I was expecting. Not sure if that is normal protocol for walk in appointments because this was my first time doing this. If that was normal protocol, I suggest maybe giving the option of waiting for a service advisor to help you when available or you can do the drop off option if you are comfortable with that.
If not normal protocol, please Make sure the intake people know how to advise walk in appointments.

Samuel T. is thee epitome of customer service. He took care of all my needs regarding pricing for used and new parts, laying out all my options as what I could do, and went above and beyond by allowing me to receive a new battery since the last one under warranty wasn’t working well.
This is the way all service providers should be, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this establishment!
Give this man a raise! Wonderful experience! Felt like I was in the “Helpful Honda” commercial with hidden cameras haha!
