Juan did an excellent job, however, the fact that it took 2 days for me to get my air conditioning fixed is not satisfactory to me. I waited 3 hours the first day to be told that they had to order the part and this was at 12:30 or so in the afternoon.... I had to come back the next day and wait another two and a half hours to get that taken care of. I was offered to be taken home or a car and I decline that. But I think that 5 hours of waiting for the air conditioning to be fixed is too long. I can see if I came in at 2 or 3 in the afternoon and they had to order the parts for the next day. But I was there at 8 in the morning took them 3 hours to figure out that they needed me to come back the next day cuz they didn't have the parts.....we're not talkin about a little hole in the wall garage here we're talkin about a huge Honda establishment. why is it that you don't have the parts.? That is totally inconvenient. I don't care how nice the inside looks where we wait that's not important to me.... what is important is getting my car repaired and taken care of in a timely manner five and a half hours is too long. But like I said Juan was excellent . He did all that could be done at his end. I've been there for all but 1 of my services and numerous repairs.... the waiting time has ALWAYS been the same outrageous waiting times ... never out iness than 1.5 hrs a n d I always had appointments. That is why I'll be taking my car elsewhere for regular service. Your prices are sky high and. I'm too old to wait for hours WITH an appointment.

Being a woman, I did not appreciate not being heard and the concerns for my vehicle being minimized. The man who provided me the paper work (not Juan), was eager for me to sign the paperwork and leave. I asked a question, it was disregarded and only paid full attention when my male partner reiterated my question. Lastly, the young man driving my vehicle up for me to receive it. He asked for my last name read the key slip and held on to the key. All while taking the time to have a conversation on the walkie-talkie. This is not the first time this Honda store has disregarded my concerns due to being a woman. This is specific to the males working at this facility as the women have been superior in customer service and not being biased.
