Best service from any Honda dealership I’ve ever had. You guys, specifically Anthony and his manager, are some of the most professional and courteous people I’ve ever encountered at Honda. I will definitely do service and buy my next Honda from Norm Reeves!

We purchased the best warranty that Norm Reeves Honda offered when we bought our 2020 CR-V. We were told it was bumper to bumper, no questions asked for seven years. I have a problem with my roof shark antenna. It looks like it got hit by something and is loose. The service department claims it’s not covered under the warranty because of “outside influence”. I would like to have my warranty coverage clarified. They quoted me $1000 to fix it. Please contact me regarding this. Thanks.
