The Honda dealer representative meet me soon after I parked the car. We went over the maintenance history, Sam suggested what the car should be check for and we agreed on a service plan. He kept me informed throughout the service and was very friendly. The wife and I were happy for the entire process.

I asked for them to look at something they previously repaired oil pan & drain bolt for leakage, but somewhere someone got confused & the wrong thing was checked...so now I have to schedule another appointment & take extra time off again ???? but the customer service was excellent!!! Just dropped the ball & didn't completely do 100% It should have been rushed over to check it out before I left, rather then scheduling another visit... so I'm a little let down...
