I guess the technician installed the new windshield wiper water bottle container, that came defective since I bought the van. I waited 3 weeks instead of 7 days as I was told, and that’s because I went into your Honda Dealership and had to ask if it was in or not; I waited 2 1/2 hrs, for it to be installed, instead of 1 or 1 1/2 hrs as I was told it’d be. As long as it works, that’s what I’m interested in. Joshua did fine with as much as he had from Parts Dpt. He was courteous and professional. Thank you. MP

My provider was great. But it’s not about her. It’s whether I can trust getting service maintenance at Norm Reese Honda. My report indicated that 2 items require future attention: change in cabin micro filter and engine air filter. Sounds like these two items were checked by the mechanic that they are dirty to the point of requiring charge the next for service. But did he really check or made it up for the benefit of earning a higher margin for Norm Reeves Honda. It so happened that I replaced them with brand new parts on my own (very easy) the day before I brought my car in for service. So how much trust do I have for Norm Reeves Honda service unit?

I scheduled the appointment after the service rep confirmed all parts for the recent recall were available. I was told the service was going to take a few hours or most of the day, so I scheduled mine and my families time accordingly. When I brought the car in, the part again showed available. However, while I was on my way home, I got a call saying that the part was actually not in stock. People schedule their time considering school hours and the ability to arrange rides.
