I have been coming to your dealership for years now. I have dealt with a lot of your service advisors, and they are all nice. But Brandon to me stands out as special. I called first thing in the morning they told me most likely weren’t going to get to it because service dept was so full. But I was welcome to drop it off. When I arrived I checked in and Trinity was my service writer . By two o clock same day she called me to give me update on my car and told me part was ordered but it was not in stock and it was going to be covered under warranty . She told she was guessing by 11 am my pilot should be done . At around 11 am I received an update telling me it was not completed until after 3. At 230 pm I received a text saying my pilot was ready to come home all done . When I showed up to pick up my car Trinity was busy with a customer and the girl that works next to Trinity I didn’t get her name stepped in to help me and explained what was done to my Pilot and asked me if I had any questions which I really liked how attentive she was . Overall it was a really good experience and made my visit more pleasant.

I was told to come pick up my car, when I got there I paid he said they would pull up my car in a few mins, then 30 mins went by and my car wasn’t ready , the guy said my car was done and would be pulled in a few mins was gone and didn’t inform me that it wasn’t done even though he said it was done. Poor communication!
