Appointment was at 7:40am, I was advised it would take almost 2.5 hours to have service done, I agreed. I have been to the dealer without appointments and saw many cars come without appointments. That’s not an excuse for my time to be pushed longer. Cars without appointments should be turned away or have them pickup their cars at closing . My time is not to be spending without a car on a Saturday. I hope in the future you consider that appointments are priority.

Juan is extremely helpful and accomodating. He listens to all my concerns about the vehicle. And was very polite when i showed him that i have a discount coupon for the service being rendered. He acknowledge it and happy to give the discount. He really made sure his client is happy and satisfied and gets the excellent service. While waiting he also gave updates on the vehicle and made sure that it was done on time. Also he went over the checklist of the things that were done that day and gave a heads up what to expect in the future. As a client, I am very satisfied of the service. Thanks Juan! Good job. He should be commended for his work.
