I am very happy with your customer service in it's respectful and professional etiquette, very impressive. I had my honda civic repaired and good to go but I just have a sour taste in my mouth in the fact that the repair was a simple one and needed honda to diagnose the problem in order to fix it ,over $500 for a small harness that was knalled by rats was hard to swallow.I have purchased 2 civics since 2019 and always check your dealer first before I buy because I am local and lived in w.covina for 25 yrs. This civic hatchback wasn't available at your store so I bought it elsewhere. That being said I felt I paid too much for being loyal, But that's business I guess.
