Overall my service was great. The only part of my visit that I did not enjoy was waiting about 40 minutes in my car (with an appointment) to speak to a representative. Anthony (my service representative) was amazing overall! Very knowledgeable, followed up with me periodically, and gave me the best service I have ever received at a Honda store!

I was charged $389 for service today. I was told I needed to change the transmission fluid (this was before the car even inspected by a technician). When I got home I learned that transmission fluid doesn’t need to be changed until 60,000 miles. My car only has 26,000 miles. I feel taken advantage of and concerned about further trusting your service department.

After leaving with my car's oil change service done the check oil light came on. I was asked to return and the found a crack in one of the tubes which the service manager took care of for me. I was very grateful for that as I was very concerned they had missed this issue. Thank you!!
