So there were several things that I was not satisfied/happy with:
1. I purchased my car from my brother, who has been to your dealership. I asked 3 times to replace my info instead of my brothers before it was done.
2. I was told my car should be ready in approximately 90 minutes. After waiting for just over 2 hours, I asked if my car was ready only to be told yes, it's been ready. I was never notified my car was ready.
3. Someone used the wipers to "clean" my front windshield. It wasn't that dirty that it needed to have someone use the wipers to clean the windshield to drive it a few hundred feet around the dealership. If you're going to do that, take the extra step to clean the entire windshield.
