Very happy with Silvia potillo but not with service department I paid for a new tire and should of received a new tire I know it was the tire stem and nothing to do with the tire but again. I paid for a new tire not recycled. Other than that the people I spoke to were helpful.

Anthony was very helpful and explained to me all the details about the services. I’m very happy with him, although I’m not completely satisfied with the quality of Honda parts so far. The AC compressors and AC evaporator malfunctioned after less than 6years including almost 2 years lock down from Covid and I worked from home).
Also I noticed during my wait time after checked in, my priority order was changed and a car that came after me was serviced ahead of me. No explanation was communicated.
