I have always had my car maintenance service at Norm Reeves Honda, because people there are very friendly, nice and knowledgeable and have good quality customer care service like Carlos Montriel, Joseph Huynh and Jesus Munoz. These are the people I really want to entrust my car when it comes to service maintenance.

Juan was absolutely amazing! I truly enjoyed working with him. He is very kind and knows his stuff and did his ultimate best to help me. Unfortunately the reason I am not completely satisfied is actually to do with you guys (Honda). I was told my car was under warranty for the battery and couple other things and I would only have to pay for my oil change. It wasn’t until I got to your store that I was informed of all these extra costs. I ended up having to cough up $230 that I had to borrow to say the least, because you guys never say the complete truth and this is not right towards your loyal customers. This is not at all whatsoever on Juan the amazing tech but in fact you guys for failing to fully disclose fine print. I ended up paying to not give Juan a hard time but I believe I should be refunded the battery cost of the vehicle because it was failure on your guys end to make me fully aware that there were other requirements besides being under my 3 year warranty to get the service done for free. I do not appreciate this at all I am a student and I have little to no income and I would really appreciate it if you guys actually got back to me regarding this issue. I have been with you guys for over 6 years and I expected more from you guys. Thank you. I’ll be checking for a follow up.

Everything with the service was fine. When I went out to get in my car to leave the glove box was open. I wondered why until I tried to close it and it wouldn't close right. I went back inside and it was quickly handled by my service advisor. It just rubbed me the wrong way that someone knew it was messed up and just hoped I wouldn't notice? Or didn't care? ....???????

Joseph was awesome. However the customer service provided by Trinity was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. She didn’t care about my issue and didn’t want to answer a single question of mine because I didn’t have an appointment ..even though I didn’t need one. As a brand new Honda owner I was surprised. The Happy Honda experience was lacking. Needless to say I will never take my car here again.
