My experience with today’s service was phenomenal. I was really pleased that Mr. Sanchez walked me through the payment detail and services I needed every step of the way and confirmed with me beforehand. The videos and feedback I got from my car being serviced really helped and I thought that was an excellent add-on to the services I had previously had here in West Covina. Keep up the great work! I always drive further out to this location due to their excellent service.

I waited 3 hrs without appointment saying that my right rear tire had a nail irreplaceable when I went someone else and they fixed it for me. You guys are going to make me buy a new tire for 211 when it was fixable. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in the dishonesty. All to make more money.
