Always,Always, and always check any and all messages, warnings lights, reset indications or call the customer to let him/her know if they want the problem or problems to be fix or just fix the issue. Now, I have a warnings lights, messages and a indications lights tell me, my van is having a problem or problems. Now, I also have to make another appointment, take the day off and drive back to you guys when all this can be taken care of or keep my car for the next day if you guys are too busy to see this problem.
