Carlos was super nice and helpful when I was explaining what was wrong with my car. While the problem wasn’t fixed because there was a missing part, he made sure to let me know that the tech had ordered the missing part and that they would call me by Wednesday to set up a follow up and get the replacement in. He also addressed a separate issue that I wasn’t even there for about my rear view window and thanks to your amazing mechanics and techs the issue was fixed that same day. It was just really refreshing to not be looked down upon or treated like I’m dumb just because I’m a girl. Thank you Carlos!

Trinitt did a really good job for this visit. Just 1 drama, the van was brought in 2 weeks ago for the same issue. However, your tech said everything is good. It was very obvious the car got issue with rare noise at the front. Your tech told my driver nothing is wrong. When i drove it the other day, the car has issue. You might want to check that out.
