I was very pleased with the customer service and care that I received from Anthony Sanchez. He was very polite and he took the time to show me some features about my car that I was not aware of. He answered all my questions about my car and when I didn’t understand, he found another way to explain it. He patiently walked me through the link to see my service bill and maintenance report. Even though I had to wait a little longer than normal for a tech, I’m happy that Anthony was available to help me that day. I left Honda as a satisfied customer.
