This is the second time I take my car to this location and leave unimpressed by the customer service received, the only person that was courteous and had a sense of urgency and customer service was the one person that I did not get a name for but he tested my battery to begin with. The first time I had a brake check and I requested for the manager to call me and never did, I never interacted more than two seconds with trinity so I could not comment on her service
