The service rep was very nice and accommodating. However; the initial service (battery check and replacement) took almost 2 hours despite having an appointment. When I drove off the premises all my warning lights in the car turned on. Turns out the mechanic that worked my car forgot to hook up the battery properly. I promptly returned to the dealership and had to wait another 45 minutes for the prior mistake to be fixed.
