I am completely satisfied. Joshua was great, answered all my questions, kept me updated on status of work being done, even offered to send someone to pick me up when it looked like my ride there was going to be a no show. I also appreciate he asked his boss to accept a coupon from another dealer which saved me a little bit of money, so thank you to his boss also. Nothing but positive comments even tho this service cost me over $500
