Joshua was very professional, well groomed and puntual. I originally went in for coolant, Joshua was respectful and expressed to me why there was a delay (early on) a nail was found in my tire. And gave me proper eduction and reasoning for it to be patched, ultimately letting it be my decision. I respect that. Also, thank you to your service department, Joshua expressed to me the worker had put air into the tire and couldn’t find the nail right away. The air was deflating QUICK. He communicated with Joshua that it would take a bit longer to find the nail, ultimately it was found. Thank you Honda for keeping me safe. Joshua and your service department are exceptional employees.
