These guys were awesome ???? especially Mr. Brandon. He made every service procedure very easy & well explained. This is my very first that Mr Brandon handled my service requirement/s. Even over the phone he (Brandon) explained to me the status of my car which didn’t happen in the past . Almost all of the service advisors except Brandon & Valentin will just call to let me know my car is ready for pick. Brandon I think he does that all the time to his clients making us very comfortable w/c is really cool. Excellent job, great asset to your organization. I’m taking my hat ???? off to Brandon! There is a strong smell in my car after the A. C. Was worked on When I picked up my car I waited 20 minutes for the attendant to assist me. The person that waited on me was no longer at his desk. I had to go disturb someone at his desk to ask him to help me. I was prompt and efficient.

The Odessy serviced is our FIFTH HONDA . All in a row, one after another .. My relatives around US and Canada are all Honda vegicle owners. We a satified owners of Honda brand vehicles.

Disappointed with my tire rotation credit. I got this when Kellie charged me from the previous service wherein the TR service was not actually happened. At first with our conversation, she told me that I can refund it or will do the job when I come back, so I did but she says it’s not recommended at this time but instead a $25 credit will be seen when I come back for my next service (it will be in the system that anyone can see it once they click on my account or whatever). But this last service, Chritopher unable to see it. I told him what happened but he said this is a conversation between me and Kellie and it’s not in the system or any note of it. But he said he still going to honor that credit and will do the tire rotation with no charge. After the service was done, again tire rotation did not happen because he said, no need to do it for now. I already asked if we can deduct the charge from the oil change but he said, that will not gonna happen and I will put a note on this so you can avail this credit on your next service. Do you think I can still trust that the next time I come it will be the same story. Not really satisfied for what these service advisors actions. I really want a refund for my $25.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from your staff with the exception of Carlos. This is the second time this young man has stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. First of all, I arrived without an appointment because after attempting several times with no response from the department who sets up appointments I felt the necessity to just drive in. After filling out small form I was directed to waiting area and told I would be called when my car was ready. After 2 hours I went to one of the desks and asked for status of my car. I was Informed they had no knowledge my car was even there as I wasn’t in the system. I asked what system they used to attend to customers without appointments and why my car wasn’t even in system and told they didn’t know. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they had an important meeting and weren’t available. How is it that a company as large as yours is, with posters with accolades all over showroom can’t give a little old lady an answer to a simple question but wants me to not only buy a car but have it serviced by you as well? I might add that after all this stress I just had the oil change done and the other services elsewhere. Once again I can’t express enough my appreciation to Carlos for his professionalism and courteous way in which this young man takes care of “unexplainable “ situations.
