The wait time for the shuttle was very long. In fact, my car was done before the shuttle even returned.

It took 3 months to get a part that was on recall I never received an update from the team I called in several times to check status and was always told the same thing still not here when I booked the appointment I also booked an oil change when I got there I was informed all together it would take four to five hours which originally I was told two to three hours I still had to get to work so I canceled the oil change

It’s my first visit to have my 2022 Honda HRV get an oil change at this location. I was impressed at how Mario’s personality is and even took a video of my whole car before it’s service so as to show my car will be returned to me at its pristine condition. That was Aplus on this dealer as I went to Montclair (where I purchased my car) and to Arcadia dealership which did not do this video procedure. Mario also was very personable which we need in the customer service industry. He kept updating me when my car will be ready in person and not only receive texts. Mario is an asset to Honda.

Great service, but waiting was not so good. had an appointment @ 7:40 and service was done at 10. I feel it was a long wait considering it was not a walk in.
