I recently took my car in for routine maintenance. I got the A12 service as recommended by the indicators plus had the transmission fluid replaced. That works seems fine seems fine but i now realized the windshield wiper fluid was not looked at and topped off. It may be that this is no longer included in a standard oil change (not likely since any jiffy lube or repair shop would top it off as part of their service) but I believe at the very least the customer should be made aware of the empty wiper fluid. The service was great otherwise.
