Javier and the Norm Reeves Honda Team did an excellent job! We appreciate the time and patience that Javier has with customers. He has a great personality and cares about the client/customer’s needs. He is a great listener and asks if the customer has any questions all through the process. I appreciate that he even checked in as we came to pick up the car. He asked how our courtesy ride back to the store was and walked us through all that had been completed in our service. He also said if we had any additional questions we could contact him. One thing only. And I realize it was minor and I’m partially at fault. When my car is ready the service rep has always walked over & told me. And today I saw other reps doing so. I didn’t notice the text that told me car was ready which caused me to wait an extra 1/2 hr. I realize my fault but is rep supposed to inform the customer………?
