I'm becoming so unsatisfied with West Covina service. I had took my car in on Monday to have a part replaced on my new 2023 CRV. After leaving the shop suddenly the 3m is peeling from the passenger door. I called on Monday and was told to take my car back in. Drove out on Wednesday and then was told there was nothing the service could do thou had to wait for Samuel to call. It's now Friday and no follow up. This is the 2nd time that I await for service.

Juan was very professional and helpful. When my car was ready Juan said I would get picked up soon. The van was in Glendora which is only about 15 minutes from my house. I was happy to wait. I waited for over an hour and the van still hadn’t arrived, I had to pay to get a ride to pick up my car because I had appointments to get to. The van didn’t call me back until 3 hours later telling me they were on their way. By then I had already picked up my car but I missed the first appointment I was scheduled to have! Juan didn’t offer a discount for my troubles. I do realise that it is not in Juan’s power to get the customers picked up in a timely manner. The manager of this center needs to hire more people!!! This is unacceptable your customers should not have to suffer for your mismanagement!
