First, the service was not completed at the promised time (1 hour late). Second, I was not informed of several issues that were uncovered during the multipoint inspection until I inquired about the delay ( nail in one of the tires, drive belt that needed immediate attention).The technician that worked on the car failed to complete the inspection by skipping the disc break wear measurements. Finally, the car was delivered to me late! I have been servicing the car at norm reeves since purchasing the car there in 2014. This experienced is by far the worst I’ve experienced over the 9 years!
