I had a great experience like always. I needed to replace a part that needed to be ordered. I was concerned about the price. Juan got back to me the very next day with details about how much it would be so that I could plan for it. We set up a time to come in to replace the part. I really appreciated the quick response. It was able to enjoy my weekend because I wasn’t worried about the price all weekend!

Being new belt bands change due old one ripping/melting off
Alternator/ ac compressor belt is now off look like no damage to belt but THIS COULD HAD BEEN SERIOUSLY DAMAGED TO MY MOTOR.
Car was picked up June 29 around 1 pm
It’s June 30 6pm I drove it home from work which the car alerted me something was wrong.
