I have an issue with the Bluetooth connectivity in my 2019 accord hybrid. I found a honda service bulletin 19-122 which explained that updating the display audio units firmware would fix the Bluetooth issue. The tech did not try the firmware update and instead recommended that i replace the whole audio unit. I would be completed satisfied if the firmware update was performed before recommendations replacing the whole unit.

I was able to get my car looked at and serviced without an appointment. Although I was told they needed to ask the service manager first before they could see me and the **** the phone said that walk ins are welcomed before 2:30 pm. There should be urgent appointments same day for certain car issues certain clients may need.
