The techs stated that I needed certain services done to my car when I recently had it change such as my cabin air filters and engine filter. They also stated that I needed my brake fluid changed and when I went to the place where I changed it, they strip tested it and concluded that it was in fact changed and good. I felt as if they just wanted to take advantage of me and add unnecessary services.

I wish you washed the car after the service also. Even a company as crummy as Ford offers that. But I love how quickly I got my car back, my service advisor was a nice guy, and I absolutely loved(!!!) that I got a video walkthrough of the instruction.
