Honda had a very fast service. I was able to have my car finished with maintenance within an hour and a half when it was expected to be a longer wait time. Carlos was very friendly and absolutely terrific. He was also very helpful when explaining what was included in the service as well! A great associate to the Honda team! Thank you so much Honda !

When I was checked in I was told my car had a certain mileage that was wrong and had to argue my case that my car was in fact at a different mileage. After my correct mileage was sorted out, I was told my car needed certain maintenance which had been done recently in the past 3 years and the past work history was not reviewed until I requested it. While I understand up-sale tactics, things should be reviewed before making suggestions.
My car was serviced and I was told I needed a new cabin air filter and car air filter. I had just put brand new ones on 30 mins before my car was checked in for service so I know this was a bad recommendation.
My previous service with this service department has been excellent, however this time it was no where near the same.
