Trinity was amazing with her customer service! She was not only able to greet and service me with a great attitude and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Honda dealer El Monte waited until my car warranty expired to tell me what exactly was wrong recharging with ac to avoid fix what the problem exactly was.

It seemed that the team wasn’t that concerned with the fact that I had already gotten an engine warning, although the car had only 150 miles on it. I don’t expect to spend hours at the dealer with a brand new car. Disappointed .

Ramlin was such a great help. He got a problem solved that other dealerships couldn’t solve for the last 7 years.
