Barbara we’re very nice, helpful & couteous. The Valet workers were also very nice and helpful when I brought car in for service before and after car was serviced. Very attentive.
I would like to mention to management that during the hot summer months, it would be nice to think of Valet employees whose working outside with the 90/100 something degrees heat...to make it more comfortable for them to work and not let them suffer thru that terrible heat. They are part of the Toyota family. Treat them as u would your own family. ????

I got a text to pick up my car at 9:30. I showed up at 11:20 and promptly went to valet to retrieve my vehicle after seeing Barbara. It took twenty minutes for valet to bring my car. Multiple people who checked in after me got their cars before I did. The clerk said something about the wash delaying the delivery. When they finally brought my car it was dry unlike the other cars coming out of the wash. It had already been washed earlier. They just made me wait for no reason and the clerk would not give me an explanation.
