Josh is rude he actually hung up on me on 2 occasions. He called les Schwann about a sensor issue and was rude to them as well. I have been a long standing customer of there’s for over a decade. Some of the employees I consider friends. On the other hand this is the first and possibly Last vehicle I will purchase from Roseville Toyota. Having to bring in a tire and wheel to prove that I am not a liar is way out of line, the best was your own technicians proved there was no sensor. Absolutely no apology from josh for the attitude or accusations and mike Ortiz was not much more professional. If I did not like the truck so much I would return it. But I refuse to punish myself for the bad customer service of two people. I hope this is helpful!!

Mike did a fantastic job at servicing me.
The only thing is, I got a car oil change and I normally get the sticker to tell me when I need to get the next car oil change. I didn’t get it this time and had to ask Mike for one. He was helpful and told me he would mail one to me.
