Mike was great and friendly but I was told my vehicle could and would be washed. When I came to pick up my vehicle the paperwork says it was washed. The vehicle was not washed, or even attempted to be washed.
I understand this is a complimentary service, but don't lie about it and say you did it when you clearly did not. Now I don't trust that your technician actually did the maintenance so I will be going over my truck carefully this weekend to see what else your service department may have lied about.

Mr. Sean Bouthiller was courteous and efficient. The foreman/supervisor, "Don", was very skilled at diagnosing and repairing the faulty work done by a different person on an alignment for my 2016 Sienna minivan with 24k miles.
Don told me that several bolts were loose, one linking the steering column to the rest of the steering components and he tightened them.
When I drove the minivan on the highway, to test the alignment work, immediately after getting the van back from the alignment, I could tell right away that something was wrong with the front end. Don did a great job fixing it. But, I or my wife and daughter could have been hurt or killed.
My suggestion: please do a test drive or foreman inspection on repairs that involve steering and brakes. [I mention brakes here because on a previous visit, I was told the brakes were fine and then it turned out that there was a TSB that needed to be applied and my brakes were warped]. I should not feel like my wife and daughters life is at risk when I take in to Roseville Toyota.
