You need to clean up/condense your records. While my car was being serviced someone from your company/location called and left a message asking if I wanted to bring my Camry in for service! Additionally, when my car was Service at your location under the request of a collision repair place, the collision company information got recorded into my file on my car so when I called and you could not find my information even though I bought the car from you and have always had it serviced with you. The customer service you have shown has been plentiful yet somewhat disappointing.

Michael was really great. He was friendly but not fake, and did everything he said he would do. Typically, Sales and Service people are either slimey or obnoxiously indifferent. Micheal was perfect. What a nice change!
