Conor is the best. I trust him completely with all three of my Toyota vehicles. Conor is a step above other service writers. He completely listens to the customer and explains the repairs fully needing to be completed. I have dealt with other service writers at Roseville Toyota and none offer the level of customer service Conor delivers.

The last few times I have not been pleased with the service. The service tech was good , my dissatisfaction is with the actual service and car wash. They washed my car and it came back still dirty and spotted with something that I can not get off my car. I will more than likely not be returning.

Shane was helpful. But I found that some of the work I had requested when I scheduled the appointment did NOT get done.
For example, I requested my key battery be replaced and that didn't happen. Also, I requested my entertainment center be fixed so I can skip thru songs and that didn't happen either. I was told that it got an update but it's STILL not functioning how I requested it to be. Shane didn't seem to know what services I went in there in the first place. Overall, the staff seemed unprepared for my visit and did not deliver on what I requested. Very disappointed.
