Shane was awesome. I’m just annoyed that someone stole my catalytic converter and it cost $3,600 to replace it - but that wasn’t Shane’s fault. I blame the stupid EPA laws in California for preventing me from getting an affordable after-market catalytic converter. And the **** who felt entitled enough to steal my ****.

Skid plate was forcefully removed and not placed due to improper prior installation. A call before removing would’ve solved everything. Free oil change turned into an expensive repair.

While Alex did a great job I am very frustrated that my record has not been updated to my contact information instead of my husband’s. While he was having oral surgery he received a text telling him his car was ready. And this satisfaction survey was sent to him. I have told the service department several times to update the information but apparently it still hasn’t been done. ????

I have been having my cars serviced with Toyota since 2002. I try to arrange for Shane to be my representative every time as I have always found him to be knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and honest with me. I will delay my service until I can arrange for Shane to be available. Were he not in your employ, I would most likely take my vehicles elsewhere.

The service part of the vehicle was fantastic. The issue was with a tire that had a slow leak from day one shortly after we bought the car and developed a little leak finally we brought it in because the leak was getting worse your service personnel said that was a nail we feel that the nail was picked up when we purchased the car. The service person told us that Toyota I was not going to replace the tire I had to buy another tire We feel that the tire should’ve been replaced it was a leased vehicle we probably should’ve reported the leak right after we got it but we didn’t

Everything was good today. It was not busy, took an hour and half even if i add one more job. (Tire replacement) However, i was wondering why my trunk doesn't open automatically after i got a service today. When i try to open, it sounds beep as normal, but i didn't open. Need to fix it.
