Brought Cari for what I thought was tires needing air and found out there was a nail in one tire. I was informed I had tire coverage that would cover the cost of a new tire and it could be done right then. That was great as I was going out of town this morning and needed all four tires. Even though it took them past their hours they did the job for me. Great customer relations!

Your sales staff is very aggressive, which I understand. But would you consider making the small parking area by the service area drop off the “sales person free zone” I like Toyota, we have already bought one and are getting it serviced at your dealership. But honestly having to deal with your sales staff when I am just picking her up after dropping her car off was enough to make me consider going to a different shop or dealership for service.
