Shane did really well. My concern is with several other Toyota representatives whom seem to lose focus on customer service very easily. I’ve purchased 5 Toyota trucks, so I have been around a long time and it appears the good customer service practices are eroding at Roseville Toyota. The service was so bad I walked in to buy a truck with 20k cash in my pocket and still didn’t get a truck. Your fleet manager, robin, laughed in my face regarding my counteroffer. That’s when I travels to FOLSOM lake and bought my 1794 2019 loaded tundra
