My experience with this dealership is the staff is well trained and informed, as well as personable and polite...I believe this is my 5th Toyota I’ve purchased fro this dealership. Bravo to the whole team.

Barbara was very kind and helped me, however the process was terrible, I waited for over an hour just to put on a hubcap, that should of took 2 minutes... then they offered me a car wash and didn’t even wash my car, then the valet said well if you want to wait another 15 mins I can have it washed... (Frustrated)

Though I believe the Recalls were done in a timely fashion, I was told that they would get complimentary car washes. Sad to see that none of the vans were washed! Super bummer... Hopefully the next two vans can be washed!

When I got my truck back, the back up camera, the radio, and bluetooth are not functioning. Conor was great, but QC did not do a great job of checking the vehicle before releasing it. Now I have to bring the truck back so they can fix whatever they did to disable these functions.

Sean’s customer service was incredible. I work in customer service myself and thought Sean’s approach was honestly incredible. This was my first time here and Sean made me feel very comfortable and beyond excited to be a Toyota customer. Sean set the bar high. Everyone else that I met was really nice, including JJ or Jeremiah who was our valet, but I would not want to be assisted by anyone else. If Sean is not working, I would be willing to wait until he returns. If he was no longer with Toyota, I would follow. He is a true professional and has mastered the art of customer service. I was happy to hear there would be a survey. I’m not someone who fills out surveys, but Sean deserves the spotlight and based on my experience with Sean, I knew I would definitely share my thoughts and remind Toyota how fortunate you are to have Sean on your team. He is one of a kind and he is the type of employee that makes a difference.
I was so thrilled about my experience with Sean on Saturday that I went home and told my boyfriend about my great experience. He and I went back to Toyota the next morning at 7am sharp. He had heard all the good things I experienced and unfortunately we were disappointed to not have the same experience I had with Sean. There was a big difference between my Saturday and Sunday experience. This is when I realized what made a difference was Sean. You cannot imitate or equal the excellent customer service Sean provides. Sean is awesome! The type of awesome you underline, bold and write in all caps. He is awesome and I was very pleased with my experience at Toyota because of him.
