The service guy Payton simply gave me paperwork and told me they would text when my car was done. How could you mess that up? Ive text wverytime ive been there about how dissatisfied i am with that place but im sure it will be overlooked again

Mr. Pepper has been our Customer Services Rep. for a while. He continues to give us outstanding service. I brought my car in and had some unexpected repairs that needed to be done, he notified us and helped us to understand exactly what needed to be done and made sure we didn’t have to wait all day to get our car back.
